The challenge

To present Barilla to consumers as the premium choice for all things pasta cooking. Barilla is a family owned company of 140 years, and like all Italian families, they take their food very seriously!

They wanted to present their range to educate, entertain and let their food do the majority of the talking.

The strategy

We suggested a partnership with Tom Kerridge’s Pub on the Park as a natural fit; it had the perfect demographics and is present across multiple locations across the South East of England. We created a pop-up kitchen and outdoor dining space that came to life with our sampling menu.

The core team consisted of a chef, sous chef,  waiters and brand ambassadors, who delivered hot samples to visitors alongside event management.
