Uplifting the everyday for consumers across three cities

The challenge

Starbucks wanted to tap into the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) coffee market with their new range, but needed a creative strategy to attract new customers and “uplift their everyday”. They turned to our team for support.

The strategy

We knew sampling was key to introducing the unique taste and convenience of Starbucks’ RTD range. We created a dynamic sampling campaign that lasted 10 days across key geographical locations: London, Brighton, and Manchester.

The campaign featured branded sampling stands staffed by enthusiastic Starbucks representatives, all sourced and trained by LIVE. Our team of sampling experts engaged with potential customers, offering samples and sharing the “Uplift Your Everyday” message.
