Generating interest and learning more about consumers

The challenge

Lexus wanted to raise the awareness of some of its models and capture customer data across the UK, and we prepared to help them in this endeavour. 

We wanted to create a relaxed, no-pressure environment that drew people over out of sheer interest. It was designed with the dealership experience in mind; that’s something we wanted to avoid.

The strategy

We created an annual programme consisting of visiting multiple shopping malls across London and the South East with an enthusiastic and dedicated team of brand ambassadors. They guided consumers around the car, captured data and generated leads for test drives. 

We also scheduled the media management for the tour, the logistics for the car operations and reporting for each event.
