The challenge

We were tasked with increasing brand awareness for Peloton’s Bike and Guide products, capturing leads for future sales, and driving foot traffic to local Peloton stores.

The strategy

To do this, we activated a high-impact experiential marketing campaign in London. For two weeks, a fully-equipped Peloton stand took over key locations at Victoria and Liverpool Street Stations.

A team of six trained brand ambassadors engaged with consumers, raising awareness by distributing branded goody bags containing promotional materials and incentives, capturing leads through interactive activities and sign-ups for future communications, and creating an immersive experience by allowing people to try out the Bike and Guide firsthand, watch product videos, and step into the world of Peloton.
